Important Notice

Nordic Real Estate Services does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third parties for monetary compensation or other valuable consideration.

What This Page Is For

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws, businesses that use tracking technologies—such as analytics scripts, third-party marketing cookies, or advertising services—must provide California residents with a clear way to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information.

While we do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, we use certain third-party services that may be considered data "sharing" under the CCPA's broad definition:

  • Google Analytics (GA4): For website traffic analysis and user behavior insights (with IP anonymization)
  • HubSpot CRM: For marketing automation, email campaigns, and contact management (requires explicit consent)

Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident (or resident of another state with similar privacy laws), you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
  • Delete your personal information (with certain exceptions)
  • Opt-Out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Non-Discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

How to Opt Out of Tracking

You can control your tracking preferences in the following ways:

Option 1: Manage Cookie Preferences

Clear your cookie consent and decline analytics cookies:

This will clear your saved preference and show you the cookie consent banner again, allowing you to decline analytics tracking.

Option 2: Browser Privacy Controls

You can also use your browser's built-in privacy controls:

  • Block Third-Party Cookies: Most browsers allow you to block or limit third-party cookies in Settings > Privacy
  • Do Not Track (DNT): Enable the "Do Not Track" signal in your browser settings
  • Privacy Extensions: Install browser extensions like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, or Ghostery
  • Private/Incognito Mode: Use private browsing mode to prevent cookie storage

Option 3: Opt Out via Email

Send an opt-out request to:

support@nordicrealestateservices.com

Include "CCPA Opt-Out Request" in the subject line and provide your email address and website interaction details so we can verify and process your request.
