Eric Davis
Founder
Eric Davis is the founder of Nordic Real Estate Services and creator of Compass, a commercial real estate analysis platform that brings institutional-grade financial modeling to independent operators and mid-market firms.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Real Estate from Colorado State University and served three years with the 101st Airborne Division, where he was recognized with three Army Achievement Medals and selected for Honor Guard. After the Army, he began his career as an acquisitions analyst at a commercial real estate firm, building a foundation in valuations, financial modeling, and deal structuring. He went on to become a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
That combination of analytical training and hands-on transaction experience exposed a clear gap: the powerful underwriting tools used by institutional firms were either too expensive or too complex for everyone else. Eric spent years engineering a solution — channeling his background in commercial valuations and deal analysis into building Compass from the ground up.
The platform reflects thousands of hours of real estate logic distilled into software: proforma generation, risk scoring, tenant lifecycle projections, and return analysis built by someone who understands how deals actually get evaluated.
